A Finer Diner: Maggie Brown

leave a comment »

ENGLISH: Pretty beat after a week of constant eating (more tips coming up, straight from my friend the executive chef) we ended up at this nice little place on the border of Clinton Hill and Fort Green in Brooklyn after the opening on Friday. Maggie Brown (455 Myrtle Avenue) is a cozy restaurant named after one of the owner’s grandmother, with bohemian-hip clientele and american classics (read: burgers and mac n cheese). Spontaneous dinners are always nice, this time in the company of Lydia and Kira whom we ran into at the gallery. The staff was great and if I hadn’t been so tired I would have tasted myself through the drink menu.
