High Line Park

leave a comment »

ENGLISH: Just around the corner from Pastis you find the High Line Park, the old train track that runs high above the ground on Manhattan’s west side and nowadays is a beautiful park. (Right now only the section between Gansevoort Street och 20th Street is open, daily 7am–10pm.) They have film screenings, among other events, and we walked right into the soundcheck of band High Hats, but didn’t have time to stay for the concert. Further up we took a small break, in the middle of a fashion photo shoot. (You might notice that Märta’s given me a quick photo course. Doesn’t it look great?)
