Rita Ackermann & Harmony Korine: Shadow Fux

with 2 comments

ENGLISH: I’ve never seen so many people in line for an opening as for the Rita Ackermann & Harmony Korine: Shadow Fux at the Swiss Institute (495 Broadway) yesterday. Freaky, eerie and kind of funny like all Korine does (I don’t know very much about Ackerman unfortunately). Loved his “Gummo” when I was a teen – not to mention the fact that he used to date Chloë Sevigny. I had to find a couple of pics (photo: Juergen Teller and Terrry Richardson). Now Sofia is back in town too!

  1. Hey honey, The older man in front of the painting is Jonas Mekas. Old School NY filmmaker. Check him out.
