The Times They Are a-Changing

En av lockelserna med New York är att staden är i konstant förändring. Så också Stockholm. När Söderfiket Svart Kaffe (Södermannagatan 23) la ner i höstas blev det stora rubriker. Nu har Il Caffè en filial i lokalen och jag, Märta och Britta var där häromdagen. Kaffet var gott men de kan jobba lite på mysigheten, det kändes lite… kallt. Och jag kommer att sakna veganmackan, RIP.

ENGLISH:  One of the allures of New York is that the city is in constant movement, always changing. Stockholm as well. It was kind of a chock when Svart Kaffe (Södermannagatan 23), a coffe shop icon in Södermalm, closed this fall. Now Il Caffè has opened on the same address, and I went there with Märta and Britta the other day. The coffee was good, but I hope they’ll work some more on the interior, it felt a bit cold. And I’ll miss the vegan sandwich – RIP.
