The Concretes At Bowery Ballroom

Kvällen fortsatte med födelsedagskonsert på Bowery Ballroom (6 Delancey Street). Det känns som att man kan se ett svenskt band i veckan här i stan, och i går var det The Concretes (tidigare i veckan gjorde Little Dragon två spelningar). Konserten var fin, mest från senaste plattan, men inte utsåld. Jetlagen lurade bakom ögonen hela tiden och när jag kom på mig själv med att sovdregla på väg till klubben vi skulle till på Ace Hotel var det dags att åka hem.

ENGLISH: The night continued with a birthday concert at Bowery Ballroom (6 Delancey Street). It seems you can see at least one Swedish band a week in this city, and yesterday it was The Concretes (earlier this week Little Dragon played twice). The show was nice, most stuff from the latest record, but not sold out. I could feel the jet lag hiding behind my eyes all the time, and when I caught myself sleep drooling on our way to the club at Ace Hotel we’re we planned to end the evening it was time to go home.
